Week 3 Update
Your Ilderton Ignite U9 Girls are coming off a strong weekend playing 3 games in two days!
We were home to Dorchester FC on Saturday afternoon in regular season play. A hard fought game from both sides and player of the game going to Charlize Amaral! Well done Charlize!
We were on road Sunday competing in the annual Ancaster Heritage Days Festival drawing tough Paris FC in our opener. After a slow start, the girls played a strong second half with lots of pressure and creating scoring opportunities. Player of the game honours went to Keira McCallum for her hard work! Congrats Keira!
Our momentum carried into our second game vs. St. Catharines - the girls were flying early and battled right through to the final whistle. Player of the game went out to Elle McCallum - good job Elle!
Congratulations girls on a great weekend! Every single player played their hearts out and left it all out on the pitch! Keep working hard and most importantly - Have Fun!
